Welcome to Black Dog Acres! We are so pleased to have you as our guest. In order to ensure that all of our guests are safe and enjoy their stay, please review and adhere to the following park rules and regulations. We appreciate your help in keeping our park safe, clean, and family friendly!

The management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the campground, its visitors, or for failing to obey all the rules at all times.

Check in time is 1pm.

Late Check-in: If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please stop by the office to pick up your check in packet. Your name, site number, and a map of the park will be included on the packet. Please contact the office if your arrival will be after 10:00 pm.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. unless late check out has been arranged.

Quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am

Please watch for playing children and obey the 5 MPH speed limit while in the campground

ALL POLICIES & RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY GIVEN TIME

All guests & visitors use park facilities at their own risk.

  1. DAMAGES: Any damages made to the property by the customer, pets or their guests will be held responsible with a fee based on the damage. This includes, but not limited to, sites, picnic tables, fire pits, community areas, etc.

  2. VIDEO / CAMERA SURVEILLANCE: Property and buildings are monitored. Customer grants to Black Dog Acres, LLC, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. Customer authorizes Black Dog Acres, LLC, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Black Dog Acres, LLC may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

  3. SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph or less throughout the park.

  4. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Children under 16 must return to their own site by 10:00 pm.

  5. YOUNG GUESTS: Parents/caregivers are responsible for appropriate behavior of their children. Be aware of where your children are and what they are doing at all times. Children MUST be supervised in the park store, picnic shelter, and playground. Parent/guardian will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children.

  6. PROHIBITED: The following items are not permitted-Generators, tents, any type camper without hookups, overnight use of any kind of outside lighting as a consideration of other campers, fireworks, disorderly behavior, walking through other peoples’ sites, oil changes and lubes, clotheslines, and hot grills on picnic tables There will not be any permanent connections, foundations, porches, or roofs constructed. Do
    not cover grass with mats, carpet, etc. No ropes or chains tied to utilities, trees, or signs. Do not put nails in trees. No liquid waste of any kind may be dumped on ground or in dumpsters. All campers / vehicles must be clean & in good repair or you will be asked to leave with no refund.

  7. WIFI is available throughout the park but not guaranteed.

  8. CAMPER / RV: All units must be factory manufactured only and in good working condition. Units must have full hookup capabilities and be completely self contained.

  9. BICYCLE, ROLLERBLADES, SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS, MOTORCYCLES: Ride only on roadways and do not ride after dusk unless well lit. Do not park or ride them on grass, playground, or through landscaping.

  10. GOLF CARTS: Only battery powered golf carts permitted. Golf carts must be registered at check-in. No one under the age of 16 years old is permitted to drive any cart without a parent/guardian on board. Golf carts must have proof of liability insurance and be shown with a minimum of $100,000 in personal injury and property damage held on the golf cart. All golf carts must be properly lit after dark.

  11. VEHICLES AND TRAILERS: You are permitted one RV and one vehicle per assigned site. There will be a $5 charge per day, per extra vehicle. Vehicles and trailers that do not fit completely on your site must be parked in overflow parking area. Do not park on the grass, another site, or in the road. Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited in the park. Golf carts are the only exceptions.

  12. VISITOR CONDUCT: Campers are responsible for the conduct of guests at their site. If your guest decides to stay the night, please come by the office to register them and pay the extra person fee of $5 per night.

  13. CAMPFIRES are only approved to be built in designated campfire rings and must be extinguished before retiring. Campfire rings and solo stoves are to be kept on the gravel area. DO NOT LEAVE CAMPFIRE UNATTENDED. We have firewood available for purchase at the office. 

  14. POND: NO swimming in the pond. Fishing is catch and release only.

  15. PETS must be kept on a leash, in a contained area at your site, or e-collar at all times. Please clean up after your pet!  Campers assume any liability that may be incurred because of their pets and may be asked to leave if an animal is aggressive or a disturbance. Aggressive animals will NOT be tolerated.

  16. GARBAGE: No trash bags should be left outside of campers at night. Please place trash bags at the front of your site by 10:00 am and/or by 6:00 pm for trash pickup. Please keep your site tidy. Only household garbage should be placed in the dumpster. No hazardous or flammable items are to be thrown into the dumpster, including ash from grills, cigarettes, etc.

  17. SEWER CONNECTIONS: Use of a rubber doughnut or watertight collar on all sewer connections is required. Please leave your sewer valve closed until you are ready to dump. This allows the chemicals to do their job in breaking up solid waste before it enters the septic system.

  18. WATER HOOK-UP DURING WINTER: Because we are open year round, we do require our guests to unhook all hoses from the water hydrants if the temperature is expected to drop below 32 degrees. Guests will be notified in time to fill the fresh water tanks of their camper or RV for use until the temperatures rise above freezing.

  19. No washing of RVs or vehicles allowed.

  20. DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, drink cans, drink bottles, food or trash of any kind in fire rings.

  21. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES / DRUGS: Please be responsible with alcoholic beverages. If you are away from your campsite, alcoholic beverages must be in a can or plastic/metal cup. Please put a koozie on your glass bottles. Drunkenness will NOT be tolerated. We have chosen to designate our park a drug free area. The use of any recreational drugs, legal or otherwise, will result in an early departure for the offenders.

  22. VENDORS: No sale or solicitation of any product.

  23. Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay, limit number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any persons or party at any time without refund.

  24. Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature....this includes any type of inclement weather.

Black Dog Acres, LLC is privately owned. Black Dog Acres, LLC and its agents, employees, and representatives will not be responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, Mother Nature, or any other loss, whether it may be injury or loss of property. Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the park’s policies. Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of any camping fees.
